These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "You") and mataqq (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing, registering, or using any mataqq services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using mataqq services.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use mataqq services. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. mataqq reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited.
mataqq is an internationally licensed online betting platform operating from offshore servers. While our services are optimized for Indonesian players, you acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex and subject to interpretation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of mataqq complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. By using mataqq, you confirm that you are not violating any local, national, or international laws.
Each User may register only one (1) Account with mataqq. Multiple Accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. mataqq reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated bets, and forfeit Account balances. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of mataqq management.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You must notify mataqq immediately of any changes to your personal information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. mataqq is not liable for unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
mataqq accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and User account tier. mataqq reserves the right to impose deposit limits for security or regulatory reasons.
Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact mataqq support with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited. mataqq reserves the right to reverse third-party deposits and close the associated Account.
You may request a Withdrawal at any time, provided your Account balance is positive, you have completed the required identity verification (KYC) process, and you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active Bonuses.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by User account tier and payment method. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing.
mataqq processes most Withdrawal requests within 15 minutes. In some cases, additional verification or manual review may extend processing time to up to 24 hours. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by mataqq support.
Before processing your first Withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, mataqq may require you to provide identity verification documents, including a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal denial.
mataqq is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All Users must comply with our AML policies. Suspicious transactions, deposits followed immediately by Withdrawals with minimal wagering, or other unusual activity may trigger additional verification or Account review. mataqq reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of mataqq and are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Bonus terms are displayed on the mataqq promotions page and in the confirmation message when you claim a Bonus.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the Bonus amount on eligible games before you can withdraw Bonus winnings. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%).
mataqq has zero tolerance for Bonus abuse. Activities considered Bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): registering multiple Accounts to claim multiple Bonuses, coordinated betting with other Users to guarantee profit, exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage, and betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. mataqq reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts of Users engaged in Bonus abuse.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a Withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All bets placed on mataqq are governed by the specific rules of the sport, game, or betting market in question. Detailed rules for each betting category (sports betting, live casino, togel, slots, sabung ayam) are available on the mataqq website. Users are responsible for understanding the rules before placing bets.
A bet is considered accepted when a confirmation message appears on your screen and the bet is recorded in your Account history. mataqq reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time, especially if the bet is suspected to be part of fraudulent or abusive activity. Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sporting body, lottery authority, or game provider.
If mataqq discovers that a bet was accepted at incorrect odds due to a software error, human error, or technical glitch, mataqq reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake. If an event result is incorrectly settled, mataqq will correct the settlement and adjust Account balances accordingly.
If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If an event is postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled entirely, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. Exceptions apply to specific markets (e.g., "match to be played" markets may remain valid).
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mataqq and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mataqq support. If you have a positive Account balance, you must withdraw your funds before closure. mataqq will process your closure request within 7 business days. For responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion, which prevents you from reopening your Account for a specified period (7 days, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently).
mataqq reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail to complete identity verification, or if mataqq determines that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to mataqq or other Users. If your Account is closed by mataqq for valid reasons, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
mataqq provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, odds, results, or other information displayed on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mataqq and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of mataqq services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. mataqq's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
mataqq is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
All content on the mataqq Platform, including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and game content, is the property of mataqq or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any mataqq content without our prior written consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mataqq is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where applicable, Indonesian law may also apply to certain aspects of the User-Company relationship.
In the event of a dispute between you and mataqq, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting mataqq support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or legal action in accordance with the governing law specified above.
mataqq reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the mataqq website. Your continued use of mataqq services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mataqq and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral) relating to your use of mataqq services.
